4. 10% Down Payment is payable within 3 months time without interest.

5. Payment of Monthly Amortization will start the next month after full payment of Down payment. Monthly Payment amount will depend on how many years does the buyer wants to pay it.

6. Transfer of Title expenses are not included at the above lot pricing ( c/o to the Buyers after full payment of the property).
