What are the buyer’s requirements?

 

Standard Requirements plus additional requirements below:

• 2 pcs 2 x 2 picture

• Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (For Married Buyer )

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate (For Single Buyer )

• 2 valid ID with signatures ( drivers license, passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Postal ID, PRC ID. Etc)

• Proof of Billing Address

• Tax Identification Number (can be considered as one valid Id)

• Postdated Checks (for equity and amortization)

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

If in the Philippines:

• Income Tax Return (latest)

• Original Certificate of employment with compensation(Notarized)

• Pays slip for the last 3 months

• Business Permit (if self-employed)

• Community Tax Certificate

• Bank Statement (for the last 6 months)

 

If abroad:

• Special Power of Atty. (SPA) (consul authenticated)

• Certificate of Employment with compensation (consul authenticated)

• Pays slip for the last 3months

• Photocopy of passport (with entries)

• Proof of remittance

• Bank Statement (for the last 6 months)

• Business Permit (if self employed)

• Federal Income Tax Return (latest)

 

Additional Requirement for Pag-Ibig loan.

 

(If Employed or Self-employed)

• Latest pays slip of borrower and spouse (original)

• 2 pcs HDMF Premium Contribution Certificate (original)

• W2 BIR form (photocopy)

• 24 month Pag-ibig contribution for members. For non-members, pay 24 months contribution

upon reservation
